The Fit Club delivers classes designed to get people moving in a fun and supportive group environment. They challenge people, both physically and mentally, in order to get the best possible results and to raise the bar on what people think they can acheive.
TYPES OF CLASSES
The Fit Club is a high intensity and demanding class and it is designed to burn body fat and sculpt muscle. A typical class consists of a 10 minute warm up with the aim of mobilising your joints and increasing your heart rate and body temperature, but also to get your mind ‘in gear’ to work out. The main part of the work out generally consists of circuit training. The class ends, with some HIIT/cardio finisher before cooling down and stretching. Individual, partnered and group exercises are included in the sessions to keep things varied and interesting and there is lots of interaction.
COMING SOON The HIIT Club Is a shorter, sharper class designed to burn body fat in the most efficient way possible. It is perfect for busy, hardworking people that want the most out of their limited time. The classes consist of a 5 minute warm-up followed by rounds of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which means 4-5 minute rounds hardcore exercises lasting for 20-40 seconds each seperated by short recovery periods.
